Why could cutting out yeast-feeding ingredients be the key to clear skin?
Malassezia (the yeast behind “fungal acne”) is one of the most prominent microbes on our skin. It can use certain oils/esters/fatty acids as fuel. For people prone to these flares, removing that fuel—and choosing lightweight, oil-free hydration—can help break the trigger cycle while the microbiome and barrier rebalance.
Will it dry me out if it’s oil-free?

These photos are about a week apart. I’ve been so impressed with these products. I’ve never had horrible skin until my last pregnancy when I got perioral dermatitis and then continuing acne. Got this system hoping it would help repair my sensitive skin. I had previously tried some retinoids that did more harm than good. The past year the bar for moisturizer has been pretty low: it simply needed to add a bit of moisture without causing a rosacea or fungal acne flare up. Fantastic product day and/or night. I feel results within moments of use. The breakouts have subsided considerably. The bottle is very convenient size and promotes that a little goes a long way. Because it works so well, it's caused me to rethink everything else I use, not including, eliminating the need for other products. Skynbio is now a staple in my skincare routine.
