So far the best non toxic moisturizer!🌱 I’ve been looking for the most natural possible, and this moisturizer has meet my expectations. Even though I have to pair it with a panthenol or hyaluronic acid serum to level up hydration during winter. p.d. I wish it was a bigger size.

Amazing textute
The best real non toxic moisturizer I’ve tried so far🕺. Plus, you get high quality with the price it offers. I wish it was bigger:( P.S: In case of needing extra hydration, pair it with a panthenol serum.
I’m glad I found this moisturizer. It’s not easy to find a fungal acne safe moisturizer that means all my other requirements as far as clean ingredients go! It’s also reasonably priced. Feels great on my skin. Non-irritating in anyway. And a little goes a long way!! Hope in the future this will come in glass bottles with the option to purchase with no pump (refill cap).

The main reason I got this was because I found out my long-time moisturizer of like 5+ years had pore clogging ingredients and was causing fungal acne. I also wanted something that was friendly for my face/neck eczema. This product addressed both concerns nicely! I have NO more fungal acne (I notice a huge difference lol), my skin feels good, and my eczema seems to tolerate it. It absorbs into my skin pretty well. The only downsides for me were that it’s definitely not as hydrating on its own for my skin, as I’m unbelievably dry, and that it came in the mail with the cap popped off. I still used it but did feel a little weird wondering how long it was traveling in the mail like that. I understand transportation is pretty unpredictable though so it could’ve gone through a wild ride for it to be popped off at some point—maybe some sort of tape would help? That being said this will be my go-to moisturizer at the moment! I just have to find maybe a hydrating serum or toner for the day and a cream for the night.

I love this moisturizer!! I originally bought it after being misdiagnosed with pityrosporum folliculitis and although it turns out that’s not what I’m dealing with, this moisturizer has been so kind to my skin whilst trying to figure out what exactly is going on. I use it as a buffer before applying my more aggressive products like tretinoin and azaleic acid and I really think it has been one of the reasons my barrier is still as healthy as it is, despite all the crazy diagnoses and trial and error products! My only qualm, which is very minor, is that due to its consistency, my pump is clogged and has stopped working but I just take the top off before using. I love it and I hope you never stop making it! 👩🍳💋

Not suitable if you have really dry skin, it’s a gel. It also has a very foul smell all of a sudden.

Store owner replied: Hi Eleni! You are correct this is a gel. We are updating our packaging the next production run, but we try to make it clear on our website! We have no emollients which is why it is not the typical moisturizer texture you are used to, but it is still powerful! Please note the moisturizer should be applied to damp skin to give the humectants surface water to use. This is how it works best to moisturize and draw water deep into the skin.
I bought the bundle and this is the only product im dissatisfied with. firstly, its not a cream, its a gel and i understand dealing with fungal acne this formula would be the best but its has no occlusive so it feels EXTREMELY sticky and tacky on the skin to the point where I HAVE to go in with something on top. I have oily skin so i was hoping this would be my holy grail moisturizer because i love the ingredients but i just wish it had something like squalane oil or an occlusive, without it it just feels drying and doesnt "seal" in hydration or moisture

Please note since Skynbio is oil-free it uses humectants to pull water down into the skin to hydrate. It is important for them to have access to surface water to use, so it should be applied to damp skin. This locks in the hydration, improves absorption, and product consistency :)
Pros: hydrates my skin, doesn't break me out, visible skin barrier restoration, glass skin affect, many overall benefits, NO bad ingredients at all (I researched this beforehand) Cons: sticky consistency (only before it absorbs into the skin), unusual but not bad scent (only lingers for a few seconds when applying) Overall: Great product with an amazing concept. For the HydraShield it uses humectants to moisturizer - try dampening your face a tad with water prior before applying or adding a little water to it in your hand. This moisturizer is great! My skin is super reactive and I have issues with most moisturizers usually making me break out. I think because this is oil-free my skin really loves it. I have been using it a few weeks now with no irritation. Will definitely be repurchasing!
