Healthy skin takes time to rebalance.
On average, the skin barrier and microbiome need 6–8 weeks to reset and show visible change. Skynbio also works much differently than traditional skincare products as it is oil-free. That’s why we ask you to give Skynbio (and your skin) the full 60 days before requesting a refund.

We limit refunds to one per customer.

To qualify, products must be used as directed for at least 60 consecutive days. Submit your request within 30 days after completing the 60-day use period.
eligibility
Provide either: a single “after” photo of your skin at day 60 or a photo of your used product showing the batch number.
