Designed for skin that flares from imbalance.
why it works
Most routines unintentionally disrupt your microbiome — stripping your skin barrier or feeding Malassezia yeast (a prominent, oil-loving microbe on our skin). The Clear Balance Trio is microbiome-safe and oil-free, so it supports your skin's ecosystem while delivering barrier repair without clogging pores or triggering flare-ups.
Preserves healthy microbial balance
Microbiome-safe formulation that supports your skin's natural ecosystem without disrupting beneficial bacteria.
Avoids common triggers
Avoids ingredients known to feed Malassezia yeast, a pesky microbe behind many frustrating skin conditions.
Repairs and strengthens skin barrier
Contains peptides, ceramides, and humectants that repair and strengthen your skin barrier for healthier skin.

faqs
Is it truly safe for fungal acne?
We formulate with a Malassezia-conscious approach: oil-free hydration, and we avoid common yeast-feeding lipids (many oils/esters/fatty acids), polysorbates, heavy fragrancing, and harsh surfactants.
Why could cutting out yeast-feeding ingredients be the key to clear skin?
Malassezia (the yeast behind “fungal acne”) is one of the most prominent microbes on our skin. It can use certain oils/esters/fatty acids as fuel. For people prone to these flares, removing that fuel—and choosing lightweight, oil-free hydration—can help break the trigger cycle while the microbiome and barrier rebalance.
Will it dry me out if it’s oil-free?
No—oil-free ≠ drying. We use humectants (hyaluronic acid, glycerin) to draw in water and barrier supporters (ceramides, panthenol) to help keep it there. Tips if you run dry: apply on slightly damp skin, layer a second thin coat of moisturizer, and go easy on exfoliants while your barrier resets.
Can I use acids/retinoids with it?
You can! Just keep it simple and staggered. Start acids or retinoids 2–3 nights/week, and buffer with moisturizer (apply moisturizer, then a thin layer of active, then a touch more moisturizer if needed). Avoid stacking strong acids and retinoids on the same night. If stinging lasts >60 seconds or you see new irritation, pause and reintroduce more slowly. Daily SPF is a must.
Can I use if i have rosacea?
Many with rosacea prefer fragrance-free, gentle, pH-balanced routines. Our formulas emphasize niacinamide, panthenol, allantoin (ingredients often well-tolerated by reactive skin). Because rosacea varies person-to-person, patch test first, introduce steps gradually, and avoid known personal triggers (heat, over-exfoliation, vigorous rubbing).
